I hope all of you are staying safe, and healthy, during this challenging time in the world. I'm also hoping everyone is adhering to the guidance from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and the World Health Organization (WHO), as well as, guidance from your local governments.
I believe we can all agree these are times like never before. If you would have told me in 2019, that in 2020 we would be dealing with a pandemic effecting individuals in ways unimaginable, I don't know if I would have believed it, but here we are. 😟
During this time of being at home, and having more time on my hands, I started reevaluating the value my business brings to world. As many of you know, my business has a focus on 6 main domains: Business Analysis (BA), Project Management (PM), Leadership, Diversity & Inclusion, Career Development, and Self Development. I wanted to create a separate platform for Self Development to where we can truly focus on ourselves without thinking about business. To keep to my martial arts spirit I created "The Kime Zone". Kime means focus and we tend to focus on other things, opposed to ourselves. This platform will allow me to have special guests, blog posts, podcasts, and webinars that focus on "self".
I was fortunate enough to conduct an interview with a friend of mine, Dr. Danyta Anouti, who is working the Emergency Room (ER) at a hospital in DC. Please take a moment to hear firsthand from a doctor who is working the front line every day in the ER. She provides some insights and also some advice. I was honored to have her as my first guest.
I hope you enjoy!!!
